Well there are only two days of school left for the_SENIORS_ of course. I can't wait for the weekend to start even though I am kind of grounded, but I deserve it, It is just my age i guess, we young ones will never be free from our parents. There is a story I have to tell you all about yesterday at work. Elizabeth Parks from I think Lansing High is a nice person once you get to know her, but kind of on the mysterious side. I love to push people in the pool and she seemed like a perfect victim because she wasn't wet and she was complaining about the water being to cold so ya "perfect victim" right.....wrong. I pushed her in the pool and she got all mad, but not really. I walked over to Clint Gersema and bet that I could push her in again without being detected.....so I did....wrong decision... She gets out of the pool and walks toward her purse which is sitting behind the lifeguard desk. SHe pulls something out and proceeds to walk in my direction. I am quite frightened by this time, because I am thinking pepper spray, little tazor gun, knife, blunt object to kill me with....no it is a little black rose made out of tape.. kind of wierd huh..oh not even close of what I am going to tell you next. she is almost a foot a way from me. she grabs my foot and tosses me into the pool.. I actually fell though, but eeh. I emerge from the water, and cody wente asks what it was she was holding and she said it was a rose and that she wanted to marry me................I am thinking run away....so I did....Cody Wente was cracking up with laughter....me too, but I wasn't so happy....I was scared out of my mind.

Wow what I thought was cheep entertainment was another persons love potion.

IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD ABOUT THE 12-PACK CHALLENGE I WILL LET YOU ON A LITTLE SECRET....never ever try and do that...I'M MUCH BETTER. I ONLY DRANK 5 AND A HALF, AND JON DRANK 3 WHOLE ONE'S. yo what up friends and fans. my post is finally here. I have been totally addicted to gathering so many friends on people fisher that I have been over looking the blogging experience. I am so sorry everybody, I know you miss my words of incouragment and supernatural strenghth. Well I haven't been doing much at all just hanging with aley a lot. No matter how long we spend it seems like I still miss her everyday. Harbor lights was completely awsome yesterday because I got there so darn early. Jon and Ali beat me and Aley at Scrabble on a dumb word known to noone exept ali herself "RO" Oh my gosh that had to be the luckiest ever even though me and aley had never heard of it in this lifetime so eeh I don't care we gave it to her anyway.
Work yesterday was pretty cool. All I had to do was teach parent tot and that was about it. Anyway J.C is here with me and he is going to say a few words

Well hello all people from youth and just the throngs of fans. Of course I will be typing the news later than other people. I went to Metropolitan Steak house and ate a ceasar salad and a large order of seasoned fries. The aliey's let me join them. It is so weird because I had never eaten at Olive Garden and I ate with them the first time with the company of Jon at prom. THe metro steak house was next and I had never eaten there neither. So ya it was pretty weird. When we walked out Leslie that works there asked if I wanted a box for my fries and I said "no", because I hate microwaved french fries. I guess ali was in a "after prom" mood so she was mistaking words all over the place. SHe was wondering why I said like cranberry crunch rolls or something like that. It was hilarious, because that is nothing what I said, but hey it is all good. Good laugh. HA, anyway. tommorrow I am skipping school to go to Harley Davidson plant with my stepdad. I go every year and meet new people plus it gives me a chance to figure out which one I will buy one day. THis year is a new motercycle call the "Destroyer" It is only being made for one year. Not many of them no. Yesterday me and aley worked out and walked our Comm. Center for a while, before I had to work. We just kind of talked about some things like prom, and water, and green things. We seem Ryan and Eric there. (Ryan Holliday) and (Eric Watson) THey were working out and were yelling at us for walking around hugging all the time. It was pretty funny.

Well today me and jon are going to Rox's in Atchison to pick our formal wear for the Prom. I know we are kind of late, but ya, I have a booklet of all the tux's for Ali and Aley so you know what our tuxs look like and see if they kind a match up with the dresses. I have picked out a zoot suit form the booklet that is AWSOME! It is the best ya know. Jon is picking today of which one he wants, but he is still worried about prices. He know the prom will be a big expense, but I know it will be cool. My mom said that we could probably get a limo, that sits like 6 people or something. I don't know how much it will cost, but if we wanted one I could work it out and we could split up the expense for it. The limo is up to you guys. just talk to me about it. Well in the news today, they decided not to pass the tax to Jackson County on the issue of the rolling roof over the two stadiums. It is about time. Al Gore, old vice president is still critisized about his opinions over president George (Hick Man) Bush. I am just kidding my friends. you guys faces probably dropped down to the floor. Youth group is tonight. If it is all right with Ali or Aley, I'll come to worship practice that is unless you two want to sing tonight. It is up to you though so comment on this post. I'll still come anyway. I am listening to a little T.V. next to me. It is talking to me, telling me to post. Kind of weird, I haven't eaten in like forever.maybe that is it. The Talent Show

well one day of talent show fun is now over. It was pretty sweet. I hope all of us win though. I recieved pain when j.c. put a bass drum over my head. I got hit with a fake piano right in the face, and that hurt a little. I think I was bleeding for a second. The outcome was awsome though. Everybody was on their feet freaking out that we had "real" instruments or something. I am so glad my girlfriend was there to witness an awsome moment. I am so glad that we did so good. THe downfall of this moment is that it is over and I have to do something like it tomorrow when I have to actually sing to a song I have hated for all my life or at least as long as it has been out for buying. As long as I can hear myself it should be pretty good though. After the talent show we got to hang out with the aleiy's and ya that was cool. The food was about to move off my plate. Oh man the talent show is going to be really...um...cool i guess. We are so unorganized though. I have no idea what I am doing, we don't know if David is going to do it, and what real song we are going to act. We were going to do a 12 stones song that is kind of slow and I have no idea what the words are. THen "Jesus Freak", but we don't know if we are going to do that. On top of all that Jon is in another band. It is going to be so difficult. AHHHH! I am going to lose my mind. It should be allright though if everything goes as planned. We are going to perform on Wednesday during advisory which it is about 11:00 or so.

THat coffee shop that aley took me to was pretty cool, the coffee was good, but not as good as black coffee.

Lawrence this Saturday I hope some people are able to come. I think we will have to take 2 cars, because my brothers car is really small, but cool. He can just lead us in the right direction. Well that weekend was one of the best in a long time. ATF wasn't as good as it was last year because last year me and jon snuck down and stood right in front of TFK I think. THe inside jokes are going to be rolling out. I can think of at least 4. There is Cookies, laundry detergent box, big bird. Well the big bird one was early in the week, but It was still funny. Oh boy I think I want to just to get out of school and hang out with the youth right now. Maybe we could have a movie night this weekend or something. I feel so jumpy. I can hardly stay in my seat. I am hungry. Really hungry. I am going to wash my truck off because it is so dirty ya know. Aley wrote all this bad stuff on it like "Cody is dumb and will never amount to anything in his life" jk everybody. It was really dirty though. My truck is a sexy beast. Well I have to apologize for not hanging out with yall. I have been working for a long time now and I need some extra dough still. I haven't pushed the youth out of my life or the people in it at all. I will try harder in the future to get into everything. I miss yall and all the lubby dubby friendship love. Almost 2 years

yesterdayI was sitting in my chair that rolls and it just dawned on me that it is almost my 2 year anniversary (sp). I you have no idea what I am talking about I will tell you. almost 2 years ago I accepted the lord into my life. I can't believe the time has going by so fast. At the start of my relationship, I was filled with curiousity and spirit. I think some of the that has been rubbed off to my sister Erica and others that I shared my views with. Absolutely none of this could of been possible without the courage of Jon Griffith that came up to me and shared his views and remarkable stories of conferences that he had went to in the past. To this day I still remember what he had done for me. THanks JON!!!! (TEAR)not lying. I also have to thank the starting youth group in the living room of Luke's old house. I think when I moved into the youth group there was Jon, J.C., Tim, Keira,Sean, Justin, Luke, Kat, Kim, Jube, Eric, Chris. Wow that was a bunch.

I wouldn't take one day away from the 2 years that I walked with the Lord and trust me there will be more years added and more depths made. THank you all for helping me out.

I am probably the last to post about the concert last night, because everyone usually posts early in the morning or late last night. Well it was awsome, the best I have seen since the skillet concert. It was so funny last night, because me, jon, Luke, and J.C. We were awsome hopefully. After the concert, Ali told me I smelled like clorine, so I am thinking that chlorine runs in me veins now and I cool myself off with chlorine. Jon got to skip out on school today. Youth group tonight, I am so glad. I hope I can make it to the worship practice tonight, but I have to study for FBLA so it will be very hard to cram. I haven't seen the youth for a while, hope you haven't changed. yesterday during work, me and my friends were acting out a tragedy play. Clint, a fellow employee brought a video camera and he was wanting to act out this play and wanted me and Cody Wente's help. At first we acted out a shark attack under water...duh....I really typed that too... anyway me and cody got on some flippers and goggles and attacks LEAH, another employee. It was pretty cool. Then we acted out a drowning scene, where Clint slowly fell off the diving board and sank under water with his eyes open. We like the suicidal side of clint so we acted out a suicide that clint would shoot himself. We zoomed in on the fake gun and he slowly pulled the trigger and we watched him die. It wouldn't be that good without the ketchup, so guess what there was ketchup all over the wall. Ya it was pretty sweet. try it sometime.

Today after school. I will be going to cash my little check and going to get my good friend something for his birthday. My friend Charlie or Chuck-D has been there for me since preschool. He is kind of sheltered and doesn't get out much, but he falls under the friend list because he hasn't done anything to make me mad or angry. He makes people feel welcome and greets people. He has a lot of guts too. Well after that me Jon and Tim will be going to Snow Creek to snowboard. THis is my first time snowboarding, so pain here I come. I am a really good skier, but haven't had the bravery to go snowboarding. I hope we are out there till like 1 in the morning. maybe some others from the youth can come. I applied at Snow Creek, the ski resort for all you "I don't get out much" people. I went up there turned in my application with the help of Jon. THis 2 foot lady about 65 years old comes up and I was just thinking she was a customer to the resort so I walk looking at a different lady that I thought was the manager. Anyway I gave her my application, she looked at my name and my spelling. My last name is BYRNS she read BYNS. She couldn't find the "R" even though it was there. sHe said she will call me if she has an opening. I am thinking about a week or something. No! 3 hours later she calls, I am gone by this time at work so I missed. I came home and read the not left for me and turns out she had a opening, I had the job, and she had hours ready for me to work this Saturday from 9:00p.m.-4:00a.m. WWOWWW! EARLY. Another boring day at school and another 6 hours of nothing but homework and calculating. It is supposed to snow today. I hope it does, because I love snow. No school sometimes due to snow and if it is going to be this cold outside it better be snowing. I am hoping to apply at snow creek, but I am going to need some help from job to get me an application, but he keeps forgeting. Jon told me he wants me to work there so we can go skiing every weekend, but he won't remember to get me an application. I would go get it but it is a long drive up there. Yesterday was pretty cool going to see the game and all. USC didn't win which I was rooting for them but I have no idea which one I like, probably neither. Besides the game I had a good time hanging out with everybody, even though i wasn't there for very long. I got a lot for Christmas and I hope all of the youth group recieved what they wanted and had a safe holiday. I am here at the Griffiths home and watching them all play their XBOX games or on the internet or on TV and that is what makes it so awsome. today I will being going to snow creek to ski. i am a pretty good skier when it comes to falling, I 'm good at it yah. I hope Jon will come because tonight will be the night you can get free season passes if you join a skill group or lesson or something for about an hour, but we have to act like we have never skiied before so this should get very interesting on my and Jon's part. you can say we can make it look like we haven't walking before let alone skiied (sp)

I will help you all boring people out there by telling you some tips on the lines of bein funny. Most people call me funny and if you don't this post means nothing to you so don't bother reading it. Tip #1. If you are going to quote a line of a movie or song don't use it more than 7 times a day(J.C) It doesn't get that funny and then turns annoying after a little bit. Tip #2 I have been some kind of funny all my life because I have used words or phrases that I made up and use them as fast as I can. Use things that you know will make other people laugh and that will make you laugh to because you find it funny. Don't keep quoting everybody else it is not funny trust me. Tip #3 Don't laugh at your own jokes, because more people find it funny if you have no idea what you just said or how you said it. I can think of more tips but I am running out of time. I want you guys to use these tips for future references in case youth group or worship practice gets boring, hold a microphone and let you comedy come out and spread the goodness to the world -jk- Well got to go

THe weekend

Hey what up everybody, the weekend was pretty cool wasn't it. Football on Saturday was so worth it, because it was cold and frozen. I love that kind of weather and I love to catch the ball in the wrist causing a shrill of pain to travel up my spine. It was really cold. I got one touchdown and almost 2, but time decided to go cheap on me and knock my foot out from underneith me. I didn't feel that good believe me. The lumberjack was there(Ryan) he looked as if he could knock my head off. JC was in his normal mood with the Aley's (Wink)(Nudge)JK. Playing with ya JC. Being on Luke's team was pretty cool and I got the ball even if I missed a few in the past plays which was a big turnaround from last game. My parents go a 27' HD Flatscreen yesterday so that means I get the old TV for myself. I can actually tell what color my guy is on the screen without having to look in the manual. THis will be the best post ever, because I have so much to say. I want to talk to you guys about yesterday at youth group(which was cool by the by) I recieved the opportunity to sing with Aley. I think it sounded pretty cool. I couldn't really hear myself or aley, but it was on the water. Today is the national AIDS day or something like that. I heard it in current events today and we have to write a report on it with a couple group member(talk about boring or..type about boring).Yesterday Pleasant Ridge High School was in the News because some stupid kid that goes to this school decided to bring a miniature dart gun that was supposed to be for Nerf darts or something. They put real needles in the gun and shot 4-15 people. I don't really know how many people got shot. This mother of one the shot children (literally shot...get it....ok I guess not jk) called in and told the news station all this crap about how we have a stupid school and we can't be trusted.
I tink that is stupid.

All right, I know I haven't posting as well as most people do, but hey I am mostly busy. I want to type but there is nothing to type about,because everybody knows what I do and when I do it so what is the point. I like blogging but it is hard to type about nothing. I guess I can tell you about my day or week for that matter. I don't have to work anymore until January which is all right but I need some money. I get to work with Jon and TIm on Sundays after church.

Yesterday was a hard day for me,becaue I had some bad luck with a whole lot of things. I almost hit a van that decided to stop in the middle of her turn. You can say my horn was blowing and yelling was there also. Don't worry I was not swearing, but I still feel good that I yelled at this poor inosent person. Ya right she deserved it. THan I got told that I went into Leavenworth for nothing because my boss forgot to call me and tell me I had not work. I passed up my grandparents house on the way there and had to turn around. My paycheck was lower than it was last pay period, and I had more hours this time. Kind of weird huh. THe suspition come out. I went to my grandparents house to discuss some new jobs I can get into for the December month and nothing came up, because all there is, is fast food restaurants which is disgusting. I need a job I can work with.

Today is a new day and I got a good grade on my Accounting II Test which is sweet.
So there is my post and I will try harder at posting more often.

Thanksgiving weekend

Well it is finally here- thanksgiving weekend, a 5 day weekend full of freezing morning and frost on the ground. I hope all the birds will be chirping and all the deer walking around. Well I hope that is what somebody wants, because I just want to see my friends and youth group to play some more football this weekend yah.

I don't know if you all know what FBLA is,but I will tell you anyway, it stands for Future Business Leaders of America. It is pretty stupid at first and most of the meetings are pretty...........Stupid! We had to dress up today and I chose to wear a nice shirt with a sweater. Jon showed up with a 3 piece suit and walking in looking like a young Napolean Dynamite. I hope I spelled it right. It looked pretty cool though. If you want a laugh and need some humor in you life talk to Jon or Me at the same time and we will put some laughter in your life, because we talk about everything there is and will wear anything that will make people chuckle. ANyway I am getting off topic. FBLA meeting was today and it was supposed to be 2 hours long, but it turned out to be 45 minutes long, but that is 45 minutes that almost killed me.Talk about boring, the speaker was pretty good,but he talked about the slowest subject which was accounting and entrepranourship. I hope i spelled that right too. I want to get out of this stupid sweater. I haven't worn a sweater since 4th grade.
I hope to see everybody tonight and the football game with the youth group at Saint Mary's College this Saturday at 1:00p.m. I hope it is still going on.

Worship Practice

I am sitting by myself (tear)(tissue).Hearing Ali and Aley sing. THey are pretty good at the blending part,but I can tell they need to take some of the worship songs home with a CD so they can get the words into thier heads. I didn't mean that in a bad way either, but if they want to sing they have to learn some songs first. I haven't learned them all, but most are very familiar to me over the past 2 years. I am glad to be hear at the church getting to know everybody even more, and I know I've been thinking of all the homework I have, but I am a Senior so who cares. WOW I can't get these songs stuck out of my head. I just got a couple CD's yesterday, they are System of the Down and Fall out Boy. I know they are not the best choices for a young christian boy, but it is what I have been into for quite a while. WHY DO THEY ALWAYS SEND THE POOR!!!!!

Erica needs some help

Hey everybody in the X-treme Faith youth group, erica needs some serious help on the matter of her not showing up to youth group and to church. Of course her work schedule won't allow it, but sometimes she does not seem to have the energy to get involved. I need your help to get her involved tonight and this weekend at Oasis so she can loosen up. Thanks guys and check out her blog, because I made one for her so she can talk to the youth group and get prayer even though she may not be there to see it personally. THanks again guys

Me and my stepdad

THis is a story about me and my stepfather. We got at a bad start when he married my mom, but hey what son likes a stepfather. My friends know what he is like and he is sort of the workaholic. He writes the funniest maps too. If you want to know how to get lost in 5 minutes from leaving your home, call him up and tell him to draw you a map. Well I kind of got to spot dogn on him though, because ever since I got a job, truck and a new life he has been off my back and has helped me through some pretty horable times. He really is a cool person when you get past his hard shell,but it is hard to get past that point, believe me. Memories of when I first saw him makes me laugh though because I was so stupid and thought that everything that he said would be just dumb and a waste of my time. With the help of my good friend and prayer I have got on the right track with my stepdad and I hope everything works allright with us in the future.

Lamborghini Diablo

The lamborghini diablo, one of the most fastest cars in the world. THis car is the best, well for me anyway. I am getting one of these when I grow up,even though it only gets 9 miles to the gallon. If you see one of these babies on the road of Leavenworth or Easton think of this blog post and go Cody is in that car screaming to the sounds of Skillet with the best subs and speakers money can buy. I hope this will come true I can't say I haven't tried praying about it. Not that I pray for the car, but I pray that my future will allow me to have enough of the cash to buy one.

I can not figure out how people can write so much on the blogspot. I meen this is hard to type all this stuff about me and my friends all all that good hardy stuff. Well anyway this title might be kind of weird because...I made it up. I am just sitting here is school rotting my brain away or anyway what is left of the old noodle. School is going pretty well though and I guess time is really flying and I hope everything goes all right with everybody when they graduate. I can look back when I first came to the church also called the "Mother Ship" LoL, and I remember many momories of just fun stuff and it was really cool and it was just.......Cool. Ya. I am sorry for all this excitement but, school is almost over for today and i just can't wait for youth group.

Spending time with friends is the best thing in the world, this paragraph goes out to my friends at PRHS. Jon, Tim ,and JC thanks for being there for me doggs and pulling me through my worst situations. My future is semi planned out and hope that all of you guys stay in touch with me along with the rest of the youth group. All three of you guys had changed my direction in one point or another. THank Jon the most for turning my life around 2 years ago by bringing me to the best youth group in the world even though I haven't seen many HA Ha. I owe you guys a lot along with Luke, Kim, Kathleen, Sean, Justin, Bob and Kira. If I missed your name tell me and I will add it to this blog post. WHat up everybody, THank you Kathleen on pushing me to update my blog even though the last three times I have written this the blogspot keeps killing it.

I just wanted to say thanks to all my friends on pushing me to join the Worship group. I hope God moves through me even more than before. It is really awsome that everybody got me involved in this.

Just the other day I got some good news. I am accepted in the CCC or the Cleveland Chiropractic College. A lot of colleges have been sending me brochures on their deals for the future, but they never seemed to have what I was looking for. THis college is the best, it will pay for everything for the first year including boarding, food, and books Yah! I hope I am taking the right direction in what it seems to be a good future.

I also want to thank all my friends here at church and youth group for caring for me during the worst relationship of my life.

EXTREME FAITH

Our Youth Group also known as Extreme Faith has taken in a lot of people. We meet every Wednesday at 7:00p.m. We Worship and Play some really awsome games. We get chances to do some community service such as the Christian Car Wash were the youth group goes to people's houses and prays for people and wash their vehicles for free. There are tons of youth groups around Leavenworth and I have seen most of them, but I still think we are the most creative with games and worship. I had just joined the worship team and I am pretty excited about it. THere is no other feeling than what you can feel during Worship. YA!
